The Arsenal Yards project, located in Watertown, MA, is making way for the re-development of Arsenal Yards which includes five new buildings and the restoration and re-positioning of two existing historic-style buildings. The development includes 350,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, approximately 500 apartments and 100,000 square feet of lab/office space.
